Feedback doesn't mean much, except when they're like this.

Recently I sold a mint set on ebay and, in turn, got a nice feedback. ( I usually get nice feedback , by the way ). This one just made me happy to see.

" The 63 plain quarter graded NGC MS 66, thanks"

So, what did the buyer get for about "grey sheet" price ?

This is why I say : " Leave a little meat on the bone " .

It makes collectors happier. Share those decent experiences, here. Some of us may be old, but we're not all "crotchety".

    Plain quarters are underappreciated!

"'Leave meat on the bone?'" he repeats, barking out an unsettling laugh.
The coin dealer smirks as he turns and mutters to a colleague, "I suck out the marrow."

I don't think I've ever examined 'common' mint sets for high-grade singles.

Yes, I feel the same way, but in sales I'm often tasked to do just that.

I have seen here before where people score high grade coins out of sets. I keep promising myself to check sets one day.... Just like the other items on my 'snowy day' list....Never seem to get the time. Cheers, RickO
