Date anywhere between ~1982 to present. Blistered plating, some popped some not.
No idea.... appears to be badly corroded... perhaps a dug zincoln?? Cheers, RickO

Same coin reverse, hoping the word "America" can shed some light. Also the word "liberty" is set up harshly
Based upon the pic the cent is not worth a cent. I do not even think the US Mint would accept it for redemption even if you had over a pound of them.
