Yup a die chip, A dead give a way for the 1960- D/D RPM SM/LG DDO is a die scratch on abe's shoulder and the D/D and a crack just below the 1 in the date.
Remember- if what you see on your coin doesn't EXACTLY match the photo of the variety, it isn't the variety.

These varieties do not happen gradually. It is either the variety completely or not at all...no midway.
