Great price for that Asheland! I rarely find any nice sterling, but when I do it is ridiculously priced. I’d like to display some nice pieces in our dining room.

That is sweet! I didn't even know they existed but now I need one.
They vary greatly, some are sterling, some silver plate, of the sterling examples, some are lightweight, some are heavy. Get a heavy, sterling one... You won't regret it.

That is very cool. Did you pay silver or plate for it?
As I'm sure you've discovered: Williams Ltd, Birmingham,1907.
Great piece!

You guys are good! Indeed, 1907 which is pretty cool over 110 years old!
I paid $35 and tax! Weighed it, 284 grams!
And, best of all, it still works!
