You are just seeing dirt and grime. The numbers you "see" between 1983 are just illusions caused by the dirt and grime.
There are only four numbers there... the 'appearance' of others is due to accumulated grime... the phenomena is known as Pareidolia.... Cheers, RickO

What you're seeing is NP = Numismatic Pareidolia

Yes, I see it. 1867/1983. Clear as can be.....get it graded by PCGS as an overdate, asap, and then send me a PM to buy it.
