While you're there, look at the pics of real doubled dies to help get a better feel for what they look like. It takes time, but the more you study them, the more confident you'll be when you actually find one. Remember, there are a lot more MD and DDD coins out there than there are Doubled Dies.

Sorry, but it's die deterioration doubling or possibly machine doubling.

Tankyou I will get one eventually . I did get some books they help but nothing like sperience especially for the DD
As @Oldhoopster recommended... check out those sites... there are noticeable features on authentic Doubled Die coins... Cheers, RickO
Even it was some sort of minor double die the condition of the coin is such that interest in it would be extremely limited.
And the broken record keeps playing, "flat, shelf-like doubling"....
