Are the steps full and separated in hand? It doesn't look like it, but photos can be misleading. This is a better date for FS.

Its a great one for the blue folder or dansco, not really worth grading though

Quite a bit of rim dings and some scratches. Agree with putting it in an album. Slab if you desire but the fees, shipping, and insurance may exceed any future potential value.
