Actually, yes. But, ironically, now I've stopped getting them ever since I switched to the app. I used to get every one, but now (the last couple of months) nothing.

Got this one AND have stuff in my cart from the last few days I haven't paid for yet that will get the bonus! The stars have finally aligned for once!!
I have had it happen a few times where it showed 10% in cart and then didn't give me the 10% in ebay bucks and had to contact them. Be on the lookout.
