    The head seems to attract such lightning, as it's a weak point near the edge? :smile:

    Reminds me that I don't get headaches. Like never. Plenty of other defects but no brain pain. Hohoho!

    @Namvet69 ...Something in common.... I do not get headaches either. Well..actually I had two.. one in the Navy that woke me up...and one years later when I lived in Phoenix. Only lasted for about ten minutes. None since and I am happy about that. Cheers, RickO

    @topstuf.... No headaches over that issue... or any other issues... I do not worry about things that do not directly impact my life....and for those that do, I solve them or eliminate them. Cheers, RickO

    Nice find, thanks. I'll be looking for one.

    There are some Lincoln's with the die breaks confined to the head alone. One student used that name for his coins. I believe they are fairly common on several dates in the fifties. I like the reference to "lightning" for your coin.
