Just found this in a war nickel set.... its got the die chip on the E and cracks on obverse along with RPM-001?

I do not know what the VP 001 is... is that an NGC thing?
It is not a cherry pickers Variety, but still an awesome one, and could potentially become one some day.

VP-001 is ngc's thing. i do not know if pcgs attributes it. ngc just has a nice page for varieties
