Interesting error. One side blurry and the other side clear.

A nice coin to keep indeed. On the other hand, I always wonder if such error was created by an obverse or reverse die cap. I'm pretty new to error coin collecting, and always got mixed up with the two types of caps.

No. Coin is properly aligned.
As noted above, it's struck from
a thinning obverse Die Cap.
