That toning does not scream AT. It looks equal or better than a lot of straight graded coins. Including some that are in tonight's HA auction.

I don't think it's AT. I'm sure we've all seen that pattern and degree of toning/color many times in straight holders. To my eye it looks NT.

I kinda like it, but why is the inner ring of the toning so distinctly defined at 2 o'clock (from F to A and through the eagle's wing) on the reverse.

I was wondering about that too and I suspect that this is why it body bagged for QC, it looks very wrong.
