I will be taking 2019 off. I am net selling and will continue to sell some things in 2019, but plan to make no purchases for a year. I will then revisit the hobby next December and see how I am feeling about how collecting fits into my life.

Find an authentic VF 16-D Mercury for an AG price.

Actually, that was my 2018 resolution and, will probably be my resolution in 2020, 2021. 2022...…..

Win the lottery, buy the last 6 coins for my box of 20.

My resolution will be to stop wasting my time looking at the weekly auctions at one of the large coin auction companies (sorry no name- I do not want to get banned). There seems to be a lot of what may be technically correctly graded, but ugly coins, or what I would consider problem coins that are in straight graded holders, in these auctions. Plus everything seems to sell at full retail. I guess it is hard to get a good price when you are bidding against the house! ;)

    Always trying to learn more

Always good to place yourself at auctions 👍

    Same resolution as every year...

    Buy more coins!

Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.

Now that New Years is near this conversation might be more caught up

CAC grades tough, when I saw @Senator32 CAC YouTube videos submission many of his submissions were spectacular examples of the coin but not cac vorthy

Is this really not CAC worthy at the current grade? Are these coins that CAC would approve at a different grade, or ones they would never approve at any grade?
