The only proof-like graded copper Pilgrim Jubilee sold for $4,560.00 in a lot with HK-27a ATS MS62 BN. I have to imagine the value of this lot had mostly to do with the Pilgrim which is the only PL certified by ATS (or our host). The HK-27a is a pop 3/9 with the highest grade brown grade being a MS65 BN.
I thought this was gorgeous and bid over $3k but alas it was not to be.
Overall, I was disappointed, but still glad to see So-Called Dollars doing well. I'd love to know who picked this up.

Beautiful SCD...and very strong money... Cheers, RickO
SWEET!
HK-14 is quite a bit scarcer than HK-13 and HK-15. Still, a MS-64 RD sold for under $500 at Stack's a few years ago. This one is very nice. I wasn't figuring it to be nearly 10x as nice...
As with auctions, only 2 people need to think it’s that nice and desirable.
I’ve heard people say top pop isn’t important to So-Called Dollar collectors, but I’m starting to wonder.
nice, but really nice price

I just checked, the ATS cert verification images for the two specimens. Thanks to @jonathanb for posting the MS64 RD link.
A lot more light on both auction photos than ATS cert verification photos. Wonder if they will start including PhotoVision there.
I saw the MS65 RB PL in person before the auction.... it was stunning, toned, perfect.... the HK-27a was pretty nice too...
Where's keet? He usually chimes in on these threads.
