After studying this for a few years I thought I understood which variants of Topps baseball and football wrappers exist. From everything I had seen, one cent wrappers in both baseball and football had the non-repeating variation (in addition to the usual repeating one) only in 1959,1960 and 1961.
Then, looking at some ended auction results, I saw this! I have never seen one before and now I don’t know what to think

I'd had this pack for years, is there a repeating version?

By “single scene” do they mean non-repeating?
Have you ever seen a non-repeat one center from any other surrounding year? 1962,1963,1965? Hard to understand why these would be issued sporadically, but I’ve never seen any of these.
