Well, it's a Swiss shooting medal, but looks like a small and mass produced one. It doesn't really have the high quality design that Swiss shooting thalers and medals are generally known for. Value wise I'd guess under $25 in the US, no idea what it might be worth in its home country.

Almost looks like it was a "participant" medal rather than an award.
