    My gut said struck through, too, because there seems to be no "skip" between the fields and devices. Just one continuous wire-like line.

    At first it looked a little stapley to me but I will side with the error experts.

    Agreed...assuming the line is incised, not raised, hard to tell.

    part of it looks like it is under the 9, if it was a scratch it would be over the 9

    The strikethru looks like a loop of tied string with the ends sticking apart. Kind of like a string you would tie around a finger, of course it is too small. Unless an infant was working the press that day. :)

    That's the same RTC recovery coin I have, but without the strike through, and mine is rotated in the slab. :/ Need to find an electric toothbrush.
