    Those that never receive the offer:
    1. click on your "Account" tab
    2. click on "Communication Preferences:
    3. at the bottom of the page under "edit promotions and surveys" click on "Show"
    4. Verify/place a check mark in "general email promotions"
    5. Verify/place a check mark in "seller email promotions" to receive periodic fee discount offers.

    Of course, to be eligible for bonus bucks, you have to sign up to receive ebay bucks.

    Personally I don't get the whole deal with slabbed modern bullion but anyway......

    Texasgse has 2018 $5 gold eagles PCGS MS70 First Strike for $141 each. The kicker is they have them listed under US coins and not bullion so they are ebay bucks eligible. $141-14.10 is net price $126.90 each, barely $3 each over spot which you cant rarely find raw 1/10 AGEs for anyway let alone in a fancy first strike MS70 slab. lol

    Limit 5 per buyer if anyone is interested. Stack on!

    I am actually making a little money selling, only because I got the 10 dollar flat rate fee for selling any dollar amount, up to 10 sales, 2 down, 8 to go. only took a few hours to sell the 2
