Reconsideration, Upgrades, and CAC

Question for those who use the reconsideration service AND CAC....
If a coin sent in using the reconsideration service already has a CAC sticker on it, and it upgrades to a new grade, not just a plus, (the Cert # stays the same which I know), would CAC resticker it at the higher grade SIMPLY because the cert # stayed the same OR will CAC review it again because it’s now at a higher numerical grade?

I think CAC would know based on the cert and NO CAC sticker on the slab that it has been upgraded and would then determine if it deserves a CAC sticker again in the new holder. They could see they stickered it before, but now needs another look with the new grade...
Always be careful what you wish for.
If you simply reholder a coin (cert# and grade do not change) or if you cross a coin from say NGC to PCGS at the same grade, providing paperwork as proof to CAC is generally all you need to get it re-stickered. I've done that many times.
On the other hand, if there is an event where the grade changes at the same service or on a crossover, CAC treats that as a new submission and the coin will be evaluated as if for the first time for sticker consideration at whatever the new grade is. Side point: this is only for numerical grade changes, plusses or lack thereof do not affect CAC evaluation, so if something upgrades from 66 to 66+, for example, that would still be restickered automatically with supporting evidence as if the grade did not change.
This is my understanding and experience. When I cross over at grade, I simply tape the label from the NGC holder to the top of the PCGS holder. This supports getting a sticker back and allows CAC to adjust their pops
Wow... grading, labeling,
stickering, regrading...This coin hobby is getting so confusing....
