    Some threads show that are still common topics today.... Dip or not to dip, first coin show, how accurate are pop reports, Unusual coin?.....Yep... the more things change, the more they remain the same. Cheers, RickO

    You made me think of reading some of the old contest give away threads ...... this is like unboxing my old Geo mags.

    So all the posters were newbies yet none of them seemed to have had any interest in smashed-up parking lot found 1982 double- die pennies. My how times change.

    I believe coincob was one of the “infamous” members. I believe @TomB mentioned him on the thread about longtime members.

    We didn't have paved parking lots back then :)
