PCGS 40 Million Coins and Counting

PCGS is hitting the 40 million mark. Name a single coin with a mintage figure of 40 million (give or take a few).

For starters:
1945-D Mercury Head Dime
Mintage record: 40,245,000

It kind of sheds some light on how many coins are certified by PCGS versus just how many coins are out there.

Even more interesting, would be if someone (with more spare time than I have) would tabulate the total of all coins minted so we could compute the percent of total that PCGS has graded...Cheers, RickO
