    Oh go ahead. TPGS's do not go around making up "problem coins" for their customers. It would be much easier to fined a coin with a wheel mark that they either missed or decided to ignore for one reason or another.

    I don’t see wheel marks
    If fact most of the newer counters don’t count large dollars
    I know the older ones do however.
    Could be one coin rub against another?
