1964 SMS coins are not found in the wild.
The so-called "1964 Special Mint Set" coins are nothing but early strikes from fresh dies, as demonstrated by the Smithsonian collection pieces.
I can confirm that you have what appears to be a regular silver quarter from 1964.

Normal finish. The SMS coins from 1964 have a very matte look and a lot of die polish lines.
When you see one, you'll know it looks really different.

The 1964 SMS coins are believed to have come from the estate of Eva Adams, former Mint Director
These were first sold in an early 1990s Stack's sale. Stack's reported that these coins were consigned by a coin dealer
who bought them from the estate of a former Mint employee
Which most likely is from the estate of Eva Adams, who died August 1991
The quarter is a very ordinary 1964 quarter.
What makes you think there is anything special about that quarter? Is there some internet source that is promoting this type of thing?
