Priced a little low

Have any of you ever found a premium quality coin that was priced lower than you would have expected? From a respected dealer nonetheless.

Yes. A dealer I respect, but that doesn't know as much as me about many aspects of coins.
I have - occasionally - encountered that issue. Mainly at small shows, though I have seen it at B&M's as well...Those are 'happy time' deals...
Cheers, RickO
Of course I have!
Two leap stand out – both were certified and attributed Morgan VAMs; both had price stickers; both were from the same dealer, but about a year apart.
– One was a very rare PCGS coin priced at $50. I later sold it for $2,200.
– One was a hugely popular ANACS coin, but harshly cleaned, priced at $40. I later traded it for a problem-free PCGS VAM that I value at $1,800 and am delighted to have.
Every few years I discover something shocking and wonder what I'm missing.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Yes, several times. Most recently with a dealer online, I inquired on price and then gave an additional $50 over their ask price. I would have gone as high as $150 over ask, if that had been asked. And I will probably never let it go, until I go.
As a variety picker I come across them somewhat frequently.

Yea, it happens. Gotta know your stuff! Does make you wonder, though.

Yes, of course.
No. But I've sold a premium quality coin for less than I expected.

It has been a while, but I was at a show, and a person sold 20 +/- Franklin half dollar albums for 10% or so below melt to a rather grumpy dealer. He did not even look at them, just paid him for the albums with coins. He was, at best, condescending, closer to rude. Anyway, I asked to look through them to maybe upgrade a set of Franklins. I picked up one album, and started to look through it, nothing spectacular, but there were maybe 10 or so extra coins in the back, mostly Franklins, some Kennedys, and a Barber. I tried to ask a question, but he snapped at me that they were priced at melt, and since a Franklin album has X coins, the price was 35 coins x $ melt, or (whatever the price was). I tried to explain that there were extra coins in the album, and he snapped at me that the price was firm, no negotiating. I paid him for the 35 coin album. I scanned a few more, and out of the 20 +/-, maybe 8 or so had more than 5 extra coins, so I bought all of those. The dealer was probably happy as he made 10% in less than an hour.
Another show, I was browsing around, at stopped at a dealer in the corner, and he had some tables that wrapped around away from the walkway to a dead end. He said he was an dealer in American, clearing out stuff, and everything was, I believe, 10% off. I was looking for some foreign coins for Boy Scouts, and he pointed to some books on a table at the back of the back. He added if I bought more than
$50, IIRC, it was another 5% off. This was when silver was racing upward toward $50 and it was at least $35 if not in the low $40's by then. As I looked through the books, I found Canadian Silver Dollars marked, IIRC, at $10, and there were a bunch of them. There were dollar sized silver Marks, French and Dutch dollar size, all around $10, on and on. I was making a pile, and he finally came over to see what I was buying. He looked at the coins, looked at the prices, and actually laughed, as he had been dragging that stuff forever, and no one had bothered to go through it. He did say he would honor his price, but that it was a one time offer. When I walked away, the deal was over. I bought til I ran out of money. Lesson learned: Always carry extra cash.
Last one as at a Car Swap meet. I had just arrived, and I saw a guy selling car stuff, but had lots of albums of coins. I had to look, and he was "getting out". I forget what silver was, but it was north of $25, maybe $30, whatever. He had page after page of silver dimes priced, IIRC, at 60 cents each and up, common date silver quarters were $2 and up, but he was real proud of his silver dollars. I commented on the price of silver going up so fast, and his basica position was that once he marked a coin, that was the price. OK. I bought all I could, blew all my cash, and I carry a lot of cash to a car swap meet. He even had a box of $1, 6 for $5, with a good amount of Sac's and Suzie B's, so less than face. I bought them all, toyed with paying for them with the same coins I bought to see if he would toss them back in, Lather Rinse Repeat, but just kept them, and spent them at the show.
I actually purchased a fairly high priced/rareish coin from E-bay that I thought was a pretty good deal.
The coin was an 1873 (closed 3) proof 65 brn CAC 2 Cent Piece, and it turned out to be a beauty!
IIRC, the coin was purchased from CC (certified city)
I have, absolutely !!!
