Trying to understand this Morgan Dollar error...........

Slightly underweight at 25.9 grams. It's 90% silver so it's real. Thought it was an out of collar, but ruled that out. Railroad rim? Then I think I settled on a Tilted Partial Collar strike. What is your guess?
Worth getting graded with the error on the label? Overall value?

Saw this on the coin forum..... Yep... when tired, that can happen, I always visit in the AM... then head out for all my other activities... no 'thinking' in the evening when I return... Cheers, RickO
