Please see the photos below...yes, not the best, but I hope to have better ones soon....high res scans.
Question: Do you think the "pink" color dot area below the braves symbol is likely a "PD" and would be qualified as such or more of a "MK"? I am just curious if 1954 Topps cards have know off color PDs like this...
TY for your feedback

PD
Not sure that it’s ironclad but I know it’s fairly common to see them on the orange background of the 1958 Topps Mickey Mantle and ‘58T Roger Maris rookie, too.

Agree looks like a print defect to me.
I have not dealt with PDs and PSA grading before. Assuming no qualifiers, does things end being a PSA 3 or 4 overall? I liked the centering so much, so I said hell with the pink blemish and grabbed it anyway.
I don’t know how much it hurts the actual grade. I mean, it seems we’re not talking about a ‘mint’ card so I imagine if the card looks to be a 4-5 it will still be a 4-5. Something like that may take a 10 to a 7 but it’s not going to crush the grade of a mid grade card. In my experience, anyway.

Definitely PD. As to your other questions: I have absolutely no idea. You're welcome.

I vote print defect.
I concur with others, it's a PD, but not something that would get a qualifier, akin to a fisheye. I would sub expecting a 3 and be pleased if it gets a 3.5 or 4.
PD but you might not get hit by it
