~21mm diameter, silver, 1.5 grams. Appears to be French, with the fleur-de-lis. Possibly a Denier ?
"ARGENTORATUM" is apparently an early (pre-600AD) name for the city of Strasbourg ?
The coin does not appear to be that old, however. It looks more consistent with medieval coinage.
I've looked but can't find any coins that are a relatively close match.

Looks to be a Strasbourg 1 vierer https://www.google.com/search?q=strasbourg+vierer&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjn4Pfk_rzeAhWN71MKHSDYChQQ_AUIEygB&biw=1920&bih=976
Highly enthusiastic about world coins, contemporary circulating counterfeits and unusual stuff
Thanks, "vierer" was the key word that I was lacking in my search.
