I picked this up today, while imaging I noticed a die clash on reverse left wing.
My question is where can I reference (online if possible, I dont have a copy of the VAM book handy) to find more info on this?

I don't think that is a clashed die. Looks more like a die crack, and it is on the right wing. In VAMS, all descriptions are based on where they are on the eagle as a being.
Definitely a die crack and not a clash.... also one through the U in United....Cheers, RickO
Sold this one at auction this weekend - miss it already. Congrats to the new owner.

@MrSlider....Did you determine the Vam? I may be asking as a general question because I am curious....or I may be testing you to see if you did the research??![;) ;)](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Thank you for the follow up. I did browse through all known variaties in VAM world, I was unable to find a pair to attribute it with.
Very grateful for the reference tool - I have it bookmarked!

Try the 6A and see if the pitting is below the eagle feathers .
Ah I was looking for the dip/gouge in the tail feathers... but the dots match the pitting description better!
6A fits, ding ding I think we’ve got a winner.
