Obv and rev have blurry or soft details. Appears that dies did not strike planchet evenly on either side. What do we call this type of mushy minting? Thanks. Peace Roy

Late die strike .Worn die? Just a wild guess.
Very neat. I am also guessing extreme die wear.
Dies are worn. More significantly, the planchet had poorly upset rims, which left the desogn rim without enough strike pressure to form.
