My new coin display cabinet

A couple of months ago I had this completed in part of my man cave. Only wish I could leave the coins in it all the time. These couple boxes go back to the safe deposit box tomorrow. Makes for a nice way to display when have a fellow coin geek over
Typically has some family history from the civil war and WWI on display

Anyone else build a display area. I have a friend who built a secret room so he could leave stuff on display more frequently

Holy Cow! That looks absolutely fabulously well made! Nice type set, as well, to display. I own nothing like this, but know a few folks who have similar pieces dedicated to watches and/or ties.

A friend of mine is an artist with wood. Everything started out as rough cut cherry and was all milled and designed

Nice setup! Admirable type collection. I like the woodwork, glass collection, and Lego castle.
I collected glasses like that from all over the country and some foreign ports. I have a few Lego too.

Love that Cherry (#2 common?) You made the whole thing? Wow!; from a fellow woodworker. Not a bad selection of booze either might I add. I've made a few things from cherry but that's awesome! I don't think I'd ever leave the basement. Where's your Lions memorabilia - lol!
