This roll and the rest in the photo came in a collection I bought several months ago. I have not taken the time to look at them very well and I havent opened any of them. Ive also never seen a wrapper like this. I don't believe any of these rolls have been touched for quite some time. Its late and Im tired or I would be looking through there. All the red ones have 61D written on them, but the other is a 62D. Any big varieties in either years to look for?

Should make for a fun evening or two roll searching. There are no major varieties for either date that I'm aware of but perhaps you'll find a nice toner or a hammered 67.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
I've seen that lighter colored one many years ago. It is a universal roll that can be used for any coins. The roll was originally open (a large flat sheet) and rolled up around the coins. Based on the size of the coins, the correct denomination and value appear in the windows.
Both years have RPMs, the 61-D/D #1 is better ( "D over horizontal D")
and is listed in the CPG.
Many RPMs for 61-D....most only the $1-$3 types, so unless this is a labor of love, may not be worth your time.
Well that will fill a snowy winter day... and maybe a find or two will appear... Good luck, Cheers, RickO
