Do you like it? It is definitely unique
Its interesting. Back is engraved 1st place - running broad jump. Probably Princeton
Princeton's colors are orange and black and this ribbon appears as a vivid yellow and black. Perhaps it has faded over time or my monitor is not displaying it properly to me and it is, indeed, orange.
It's amazing to me some of the things that families don't consider "heirlooms". Heck..........if it was from my family, it would have been passed down with its history documented for all future recipients.

You'd think the engraver would figure out who won rather than who probably won.
Good one. Took me a second, but got it. Neat coin, medal award thing.
I liked that piece too and was an underbidder. I think you got a good buy. Congrats!

I guess I got here late......I see nothing.
No doubt an honor for the original recipient, but a shame to lose a nice coin. Cheers, RickO
I guess we'll take your word for it?
But would be nice to actually see.

Thanks. I don't know if it was a good price or not, it's so hardto value these things. But I was intrigued by it.
Sometimes there just isn't any direct heirs.
