1999 Kennedy Half Help - Mintmark error? Does anyone else see a 3?

From the picture it appears to be a small planchet defect near the D mintmark.
Either that and/or a scratch or damage of some kind.
Definitely it is not a 3.5 -

Either PMD or a planchet defect... I cannot definitely say which from those pictures. Cheers, RickO

Interesting.......wish you could post a close up with not so much glare. I tend to go along with PMD.
I will post better pictures..... but at another angle it looks like an “S”.
