ERROR Washington missing reeding

I got this in change today and dont see any real signs of wear from vending or slot machines. The edges are still sharp. What actually jumped out at me was the raised rim on the obverse and reverse.
Sorry for the crude iPhone pics.
I can take much better ones when I get home of enough people request them
What are your thoughts? Error or PMD?

looks spooned
Damage. The raised rim on the obverse and reverse is the giveaway. Finned rims are sharper. And, if it had been struck without a collar, there would be no finned rim.
and would be larger than normal
BHNC #203
Abraded/Ground/sanded/dremeled/machined after it left the mint (take your pick, there are countless ways for someone to mess with a coin). You can even see the remnants of the damage on the edge of the obverse rim
PMD... there are traces of the reeded edge visible in the first picture....It may have been spooned or any of many other actions....Cheers, RickO
you have a PMD coin nothing unusual or special

Good catch. I blew up the picture and they are there.
I am on my phone and always miss things I see on my PC
Edited spelling
Looks like the reeding has been worn away although a trace is still there. Peace Roy
