Error coin?

I need to know if this is a mint error, I came across this penny this morning. I know the pictures are not very good, but would appreciate anyone's opinion .

Try these sites. There is a lot of info on the minting process and how errors occur. The more you learn about the minting and die making process, the easier it will be to distinguish between true mint errors and damaged coins. Don't worry if seems like a lot of info. Take it slow and you'll pick it up. As with any activity, you aren't going to learn it overnight
