    For those commenting as if the OP didn't do his homework.. His pictures aren't the best but it is clearly a DDO, the notches are visible.

    Hard to be sure from that picture, but it could be.

    Extra thickness in the letters and numbers is clearly visible. Notches aren’t as clear but are absolutely there.
    The spread is in a NW to SE direction.

    While not a big spread like in 1955 or 1972, for a modern doubled die this is almost as good as it gets, folks.
