Hi, does anyone know if these two coins are authentic? Thanks.
Both are non magnetic and weigh about the proper weight for a wheat penny.

Your first photo shows heavy finning at the rims. None of the coinfacts images of a 43 bronze exhibit this trait.
Guessing this is an Alibaba example.
And you happen to have TWO? How did you get them? From our international C-feit experts?
The obverse on the doubled-rim one looks suspicious with soft spots. Need better pics.
Certainly a fabled species -- these were often copper plated but the weight looks about right.
There are more plated 1943 cents made by counterfeiters than authentic coins. Similarly, there are many 1948's that have been altered. If your coin is attracted to a magnet it is steel. If not check carefully for tooling or discoloration. If you see none, take it to a coin shop for their opinion. Any shop worth it's salt will gladly offer an opinion on such a rarity.
If you get past these hurdles, time to call PCGS or NGC for instructions.

Welcome. Seems like you did do preliminary research before posting here. That's a good thing. So the coins are not magnetic and weigh 3.11 Grams. That narrows things a lot.
If you roam this forum you will notice some of the pictures others have posted. Check 'em out. Better pictures of both the obverse and reverse of your coins will really help.
It is highly unlikely that your coins are genuine, but that does NOT necessarily mean they aren't. Copper Cents from 1943 are extremely rare, and you have TWO of them.
We'd like better pictures. Be aware that there are ways to authenticate them, but that would involve sending them to someone and there will likely be a fee.
Send us some better pictures and let's see what ya got!

based on the rim and the other markers, I would say no.

Obvious counterfeit(s).
You have to give the OP credit for researching before posting. That in itself merits a "well done".

And although researching the weight is a
obvious first step, finding a copper cent
planchet to strike a counterfeit on is the
EASIEST part of making a NG '43 Copper Cent.
Thanks Fred... Most of us would suspect such a find to be counterfeit.... but good to have your expert input. Cheers, RickO
