Got out to silver beach today. Got 6 silver dimes and a silver war nickel. Also got 6 wheat cents, some junk jewelry and a UMC Co. 8 gauge shotgun shell topper. Looks to date around 1905.
Wondered when you would get back there
Wow....nice haul... that beach never seems to run out of silver.....You should have a backhoe brought in... excavate down around four feet... the length of the beach and into the water... truck it all to your backyard.... MD'ing at home for the next few years... Cheers, RickO
nice silver. i picked off a 1964 roosevelt dime (philly) dime out of coin star this morning. was happy with that
so, dumb question. Given how eroded the silvers are at silver beach, what do you do with them? Can you sell them as junk silver, or are they too far gone? Or is that not your style (I'm keeping them all, forever!!!).
Pretty neat !!!
