That's a good one. The doubling looks to be uni-directional (especially on the mintmark.

I believe that MDD stands for Master Die Doubling and this is not MDD, but is
MD - Machine Doubling, or SD - Strike Doubling
Edited to add - Look at many of the 50's Jeff Nickels to see MDD on TRUST
Late die stage also. Almost like “longacre doubling”

You might have both strike doubling (machine doubling) on the vertical shaft of the P and die fatigue doubling right of the loop of the P.
