Check out my new photos plus guess the grade

Just bought two inexpensive ($5.00 each on sale) goose neck LED lamps at Walmart and used my ancient Canon Power Shot A720 IS. What do you think of the photos? Good enough for eBay or BST? I would also appreciate a opinion on the grade of the 1917 SLQ. Thank.

Assuming they capture the color of the coin in hand, they look great to me.
I would work on lighting and avoid super cheap lamps. The coins look sharp but blah.
Sharpness is excellent. The color on the SLQ, large cent and the second (square) gold coin look acceptable. The first gold coin leaves me wondering.
I think your SLQ is a VF25 but I'm not very good with these so take it with a grain of salt.
PS, try moving your lighting closer and also farther away.
LIBERTY sure didn't strike up on the SLQ. Hope it's genuine but can't see not if that is normal.

Those pictures are much better than many I see on ebay.... I sure cannot critique your photography...I have enough trouble taking a picture with my phone...
Cheers, RickO
Thanks for the responses. I think the pictures came out better than the ones I had been able to take in the past simply because I have lighting from each side. I'll play around with distance and angles and see if I can come up with an optimum exposure. The sovereign looks a lot flashier in hand and the SLQ is well struck so it looks like I still have some work to do.
