I'm looking at these pictures with arched brow. The front and back look like two different slabs, two different coins. My impression of the slab is that those with the pins holding the label in place are exclusively used on the holders with the square, green hologram label on the back.

Shows the coin is in a set. Set is closed to viewing, so a verification message thru PCGS may not be possible.
