One rare gorgeous coin. I would not hesitate to mail it (just make sure it's registered/insured).

What is going on with the fields on that coin? Is that some kind of visual artifact? It seems almost wavy.
@jmlanzaf Looks like normal zincoln surface waviness to me.
I'd love to have one of those, sweet coin!
As for submission, I don't think you have to submit under the mint error category since it is a major variety. If I was going to the show anyway I would do show grading. Otherwise just send it out registered and insured as mentioned above. Make sure to show us the trueview once it's done

Wow, that's a very nice example, congratulations !!!
Nice coin!!
That wavy surface had me worried as well, but I will defer to the others who said it is normal.
Of course, I have other nightmares about it.... Is that a self adhesive 2/2 it is in? I am always worried about the chemical fumes from the adhesive. Also, was the inside of the 2x2 brushed off to remove any cardboard particles?
Don't mind me - I am just a worrier about this kind of stuff. But pls get it into PCGS plastic ASAP and let us know the results. That is a great coin.
The 'wavy' surfaces are charactoristic of
the copper plating, under high pressure
during the striking of the coin.
It has varied from year to year, with it
almost disappearing in the past 15-20 years,
I've found....
Darn Nice coin !....and it should have it's
own PCGS number, so you don't have to
submit under the Mint Error tier.
PCGS coin number is 93506

Listed as PCGS #3506 and probably worth over $3000 so go the registered route for mailing.
Number I listed is for the base coin CAM and Deep CAM get the prefix numbers 8 or 9.
BTW not a grader but I see this one going Deep Cameo.
I don't say this about many Lincolns, aside the biggies and a certain 09vdb MPL but... WOW!
Wow I guess I need to brush up on my pennies I would not of known that was a rare coin. Thank you for the information and sharing. Also welcome to the Forum.
Nice one.

I have some old mint sets from that time. That one makes me want to have a closer look at them. Edit to say proof, and my 90 don't look like that.
Cool find. Congrats!
@Srivano.... Welcome aboard.... That cent is a real beauty and a valuable coin. Definitely get it slabbed...and if you are going to the show, get it done on site. Cheers, RickO
This. No need to use mint error tier which should save some $$.
