Happiness Is?

When your Kiddo texts you a photo of a coin he just bought in school!

Great photo DCW... I bet she's thinking "My Dad has one of those and he should sell it to get me a Barbie Dream House"

Best part is I kinda tried to push my hobby on him when he was little and it just didn't stick.
I'd take him to shows and his attention span was about 10-15 minutes until boredom set in.
So this was his first doing the coin thingy on his own
Sometimes the coin bug bites early, sometimes much later. In my case, the coin bug has been chewing on me for most of my life.....

My 11-year-old son is smart enough to tell me that he wants to design video games as a job so that lets him play videos games all day long doing research. I am like fine. you need to learn coding, game theory, graphic design, and a buncha other stuff.

Happiness is a state of mind and a civic duty. It is our resposiblity to one another to act happy even when your having a bad day. Public faces are important. Smiles are infectious and help us all to get past things we otherwise would not.

Being able to occasionally reap a little bit of rewards from this hobby (which can be sort of like a store of value) to use in other adventures.
God bless her!
But no.......I still have children (4) around 30 years old who are still having major difficulties sorting garbage waste from cardboard, plastic and glass alone from being anything numismatic in any way. Well......one does have an eye on silver and some gold when he thinks he's got a good deal but that's another story..
