Unfortunately CAC doesn't sticker mint errors of any type and with the NGC plastic, the coin is trapped in coin purgatory. I'm sure the consignor took a beating (or did s/he?).

Coins are indifferent to the color of the plastic.

Plastic Type and CAC is irrelevant to most all Error Collectors.
I just saw a Early Commem that was formally in that NGC era holder and jump 1 1/2 points in a newly pronged PCGS going from $2.2K to $16.8K.
To Err Is Human.... To Collect Err's Is Just Too Much Darn Tootin Fun!
Very difficult to see in that picture... and it does not magnify... Looks like a minor struck through... That being said, it is uncommon... Cheers, RickO

Here I fixed kit for ya .....
Fortunately, CAC doesn't sticker mint errors of any type.
Should I sticker? ......
Had trouble finding "Liberty" with all those words crammed into the coin!
"Got a flaming heart, can't get my fill"
I think the BTW is slabbed backwards in spite of the error. Reverse never belongs forward in a holder.
I request that a coin is mounted with the reverse towards the front of the slab all the time.
Understand your reasoning, just prefer they be consistant.
Here is the auction link for those interested in a closer view.
