I’m not sure but it looks to me like the real thing.

I believe the OP thinks it's the Proof No 'S' Dime,

OP - your coin is a common uncirculated strike, not a proof.

If I'm wrong in my assumption that you think it's a Proof,
and you've posted it for another reason, please tell us
in the first post or thread headline what you see on it
    that we could comment on.

I thought that maybe the OP incorrectly thought the dime, (like quarter and half), were not produced in 1975?

So, yeah, it would be helpful when showing and asking about a coin....ANY coin....if you specifically indicate what the question is! :)

What kind of "real thing" ?

If you mean a real dime, then you are correct. If you mean a real anything else, you would need to clarify...

Yes, it's a real, absolutely common 1975 dime. Spend it in good health.

    Welcome!

    Risky click of the day.
The last time I got sent a link called "please look at this" it took industrial-grade eyebleach to cure.

This post is not any better. Anyone have a copy of that special book that's been featured here lately?

@Kgecs105.... Welcome aboard.... From what we can tell, you have an ordinary 1975 Roosevelt dime.... Please specify what you think you have, so we can specifically address that point. As it stands, there appears to be nothing numismatically notable about the coin. Cheers, RickO

Me thinks the OP is talking about the Date and IGWT area because it looks doubled.

It is...........but it's Machine Doubling Damage and NOT a Doubled Die.

Good eye, no cigar on that one.
