What is "PROMOTE" on the user landing page? (Where disagrees used to be)

Also, what is "Moderation"? Is that advice, like on drinking and such??

I previously sent a PM to the moderator of the PCGS boards to ask a few questions and these were included. I received a reply from the moderator with answers to my other questions except for these, which were never received answered.

Click on promote and up pops a list of actions you can take to “promote” what you say...link to Twitter, update your signature line, etc.

Glad to see the disagrees gone. They can now add a few others like "wow" "Yikes" "love" or something else.

That is on the screen already when you go to the home page, on the computer anyway. When you click on Promote, nothing. Besides, there is nothing to promote on your screen you are showing anyway!
This has been questioned before... and still no answer....And I still do not care...
