Posted my fake Buffalos earlier, but after seeing Snizzle's thread, I had to chime in. Believe most are contemporary counterfeits. The 1799 looks like a modern replica that had "copy" removed. Not sure about the vintage of my 1804 dollar, but for $12, I had to have it. Any info would be appreciated. The 3-legged Buffalo is an altered coin, the Henning nickel is "genuine." Have had the 1925 quarter since I was a kid. Still remember getting it in change on the bus. Paid about $10 for the Morgans and the Peace dollar. Looks like some of the others barely made it out of the workshop .

I came here to see a Henning. Was not disappointed. There is a series with a small few counterfeits. I don’t usually have to worry about fake Jefferson Nickels, and would not mind if I found one.
