I'm guessing no and that he just posted that himself for the following reasons:

• while the icon looks the same:, if you look carefully, the icons are different with his being a but more blurry and the real ones
• there is no "Banned"" tag in the about section like this:

I wouldn't recommend doing this as you might really get banned

I think they may need to ask to be reinstated like @MANOFCOINS did after a few months. I'm guessing CU may also expect different behavior going forward.
