If you're talking about the rim thickness difference -
it's the result of a very very minor, and common,
mis-aligned obv. die.
In general, a MAD coin should 'look' off center to
have any premium, even small.
This dime is not a sufficient MAD to be collectable
or have an error premium, in my opinion.
Please mention what you see as the error on the
coin, so we know where to focus.

that way you have the info you need to figure if it's a very minor or a major error
