Coin machine find, 1860 (?) three cent silver

The manager of a local bank saves the rejects from the coin counting machine for me. Last week when I stopped by she handed me an envelope stuffed with the usual Canadian and other foreign coins, but this little surprise dropped out.
Based on the style and what little is left of the date I think it must be 1860. Any other ideas?
Thanks for any feedback.

Yep!
Correct, it can only be a 1860. The only other year ending with zero is 1870, and the circular shape to the right of hole must be a 6. Cool find!
These silver trimes were made from 1851-1873. Only one year had a mintmark, 1851 O
